Before
After
The old shingles were worn through and coming apart. We tore the roof off, checked the decking underneath, and put down new underlayment, new architectural shingles and new ridge caps, then sealed every vent and pipe. Drag the slider to see the difference.
On this roof the old decking was stained and rotting under the shingles. We replaced the bad sections with new plywood, then shingled it with dark gray architectural shingles and reset the vents and pipe boots.

A brown spot usually means water is getting in somewhere above it.
Arkansas storms lift and tear shingles, which leaves the roof open to water.
Gritty buildup in your gutters can mean the shingles are wearing out.
These can point to wet or rotted decking under the shingles.
Not sure? Call us. We'll take a look and tell you straight whether it needs a repair, a replacement or nothing at all.
We're a father-and-son construction company, not a storm-chasing crew from out of state. We live here, we answer our own phone, and we'll still be here after the job is done.
Both. Repairs are our specialty, so if a leak or a damaged section can be fixed, we'll fix it. If the whole roof is worn out, we'll show you why and quote a replacement.
Widespread curling or missing shingles, repeated leaks, soft decking and an older roof are the usual signs. We'll inspect it and give you an honest answer.
