What do the plans include?
Each plan is a set list of tasks done on a set number of visits, plus a check for leaks and damage every time. If a visit finds something that isn't on the list, we give you an on-the-spot quote at preferred pricing and you decide whether to go ahead.
Do I need to be there during a visit?
No. We'll work out access with you, like a lockbox or smart lock, and plan visits around your guests' stays.
Can you handle bigger repairs?
